My Grandpa got me some chocolate heels. That man knows me well. I also got some money, and I'm saving up for a new laptop

Chocolate heels? Like, chocolate that is shaped like a high heel shoe?
I got an awesome colorful earflap hat, and some earrings, socks, soap, a Barnes and Nobels gift card, and some money.
I don't know what my boyfriend got me yet, since I don't travel to go see him until Monday, but I (along with my sister and my mom) chipped in to get him the boxed set of every Beatles album, remastered.

Socks and soap? Lovely! I got a fancy new video editing program, books and a new shirt, money, a calendar, a few other small things. My Dad and I bought each other the exact same DVD, which says something about our taste. Tomorrow I'm hitting the after-Christmas sales in hopes of discount Beatles rockband game. I'm so so so jealous of the Beatles remastered set, I can't even tell you. And that I didn't have the chance to rip them. Lame!

I love the Time Traveler's Wife! I'm gonna use my Barnes and Nobles giftcard to buy the newest book by that same author.

I just got to the bit where his 15 year old self meets his slightly older 15 year old self and it hints at them being sexually adventurous together...I wasn't expecting that one!

Hahaha, I'd forgotten about that part! Probably not in the movie, eh? I loved the book so I didn't see the movie, figuring it had to be worse.

Yeah, I haven't seen the movie either. Although, I *do* like Rachel McAdams a lot, she's one of my girl-crushes. I'll see it eventually I guess...but I did figure it wouldn't be near as awesome as the book.
Oh, and when I bought the new book ("Her Fearful Symmetry") I got a pleasant surprise! See, I had two Barnes and Nobles gift cards: an old one that I thought had maybe two dollars on it, and then a new one for 25$. But it turns out that the old one had like, 16$ dollars on it, and it was enough to purchase the whole book! It was a Christmas miracle. So now I can save my new card for when the next Hunger Games book comes out! (Which is a series that you totally need to read, Emma!)
