I'm gonna start watching Torchwood after I finish with what Netflix has on Doctor Who.
And tenth Doctor totally loves Rose! That's why he can't love Martha. I mean, right before he DIES (regenerates, whatever) he goes back in time so that he can see Rose one last time. And when they got separated at the end of the second season, he was about to say "I love you" before the temporal whatever went away and he had to leave.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it. =P Rose grew on me after a while, I liked her.
Tyler and I watched the episode with the weeping angels last night with Jessi (my sister) and at one of the sudden scary parts she totally screamed and almost fell off the couch, lol.

Yeah yeah you and your canon evidence. I don't totally hate Rose, she's just not my favorite companion. I do love the 1999 wide leg jeans she rocks in the first few episodes though, lol, that and her boyfriend made me feel like I was back in middle school.
It's just she gets this sort of vacant/open mouth 'derrhuh' look sometimes, idk. And ahahaha @ watching Dr. Who with Jessi, wish I could have been there, that's one of my favorite episodes.
And I just saw an episode with the Torchwood girl in it, where she plays the psychic girl with Charles Dickens randomly running around. I need to watch more Torchwood, wonder if it's on Netflix...
Who is Billie Piper, exactly? Netflix says she's some kind of British pop star? Seriously?

John Barrowman plays Captain Jack in a few episodes of Dr Who, and he's also the main character in Torchwood, a spin off show

My friend made me go and see John Barrowman as Robin Hood with her last year at the Birmingham Hippodrome lmao. Obviously I made her pay for it

He's fairly skinny in real life, but on screen looks large compared to David Tennant. I dread to think how skinny David is!

Yeah, he is super skinny.
John Barrowman has a vaguely generic Tom Cruise thing about him that kinda turns me off.

Bwahahaha, yeah, Billie Piper was totally a British pop star when she was like, 16. www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhz27-BCj9oI like to think that this video is of Rose in an alternate universe.

Oh Rose, why?
(beacuse she wants to, she wants to, I guess)
But LOL, that's hysterical. I kinda like her as a brunette.

Yeah, I thought that John Barrowman was vaguely Tom Cruise like as well, but I still think he's beautiful.
Also, I watched the episodes with The Master (the season 3 finale and such) and I thought that he was a great villian! I wish that he hadn't died quite yet, so that he could come back later. I mean, there's like 50 episodes with the Daleks in them (which are hilarious, yes, but not exactly threatening villians) and The Master was only in 3. =(

I agree, the Daleks are not the best enemy ever, though I do like the continuity. I know it's against sci-fi-nerdom to question, but I always find myself thinking "Okay these alien people had the technology to come to Earth from halfway across the universe, adapt to the atmosphere and the ability to take over and enslave the planet, but they only have little laser guns as weapons?" or they'll like, be allergic to water or vinegar something random. Obviously humanity/Dr. Who has to win, but still.

I really like Donna a lot. I wish that she was around for a lot longer. I like the lack of romance, and how she just doesn't put up with the Doctor's nonsense sometimes, lol.
I'm almost done with all the David Tennant episodes, and I feel like I'm going to have to enter a long period of mourning after he leaves. I recognize that it's probably time for a new Doctor, but still. I'm going to miss him. If only he wasn't so damn attractive, then it would be a lot easier for me to let go.
